Monday & Tuesdays or Thursdays: 9am-3pm

Grades 10th-11th

New student fee: 

• Applied to all students who did not attend CHEC Academy year long program in SY26-27. CHEC The Center SY26-27 5th grade students who attended the 2 or 3 day program in SY26-27 are exempt from this fee and should register as returning students. All other CHEC The Center students will be considered new CHEC Academy students. 
• $250 per student due at registration

Registration fee:

• $250 per student
• Increases Jan 1st to $500 per student
• Increases April 1st to $750 per student

Total Tuition: $9,000

• 4 quarterly payments payments of $2,250 - Step up For Students Direct Pay available
• Payment dates: May 1, 2027, Sept 1, 2027, Dec 1, 2027, Mar 1, 2028 

Annual Tuition Cancellation Policy

Enrollment is a year-long financial commitment. Should a family choose to cancel enrollment, the applicable cancellation fee will be determined by the date written notice is received by CHEC. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our administrative office at [email protected].

• Before February 1, 2027: $1,000 cancellation fee

• February 1 – April 30, 2027: $2,000 cancellation fee

• May 1 – July 31, 2027: $3,000 cancellation fee

• August 1, 2027 or later: Enrollment is non-cancellable, and the full annual tuition balance remains due, regardless of attendance or withdrawal.

Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to CHEC are non-refundable.

Scholarship quarterly payments must be submitted by the 26th of the previous month to allow for scholarship processing time and avoid quarterly payment charge to card on file.
